First time using this service and I will never go back to any other way again! I give them 5 stars for excellent professional, prompt, and friendly service! We received a very good service at the Stansted airport. They are easy to contact and give directions very clearly,good communication. So there was no need for us to wait for them at all. They were waiting for us. Much relaxed way to keep the car and enjoy the holidays.

I use Circle Met and Greet at lest once a month and usually they are five stars - perfect. Unfortunately this time it took them about half hour to get the car to me on return. Disappointing considering how quick they usually are.

To be honest, we was a bit apprehensive about handing our car keys over to a complete stranger, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. A very efficient and friendly service was provided. They had even put the car heater on so it was all toasty and warm on our return...very much appreciated as we had just returned from the Canaries! Also because you drop your car off at the terminal, there is no walking or having to catch a bus. FANTASTIC.

Brilliant from start to finish, cannot rate this company enough. Really good deal on the price, everything ran like clockwork for us, car was collected and dropped back when they said, only small gripe was that someone had been playing with our satnav and we had albania on it, bit naughty

I obeyed all the timings suggested, phone leaving motorway and leaving baggage reclaim and the service worked perfectly. There was at most a 5 minute wait; suffice to say that within an hour of he plane touch down, I was back home in Cambridge! Will definitely use again.

This was the first time we had used the service- normally use the long term parking arrangement. Circle Meet and Greet system was fantastic- Car was picked up immediately and upon return we only waited a few minutes outside the terminal in the short term car park for the car to be returned. A much speedier process than using the bus to the long stay car park. Will definitely be using Meet and Greet on our next holiday. Friendly staff and admin first rate. Well done.

We decided to try this service rather than use the long stay car park at Stansted as it was significantly cheaper. It was a brilliant service that ran smoothly. On approaching Stansted we rang as directed and the company knew who was calling and advised us that a member of their team would be waiting t the drop off point, which he duly was. Pictures where taken of the car and we where told where to go when we returned from our trip. Foe the return we received an SMS about 5 mins. after getting off the plane. It was a welcome message with instructions to ring them when we had collected our baggage. Again, we where met by a member of staff at the designated collection point. Both members of staff where extremely professional, informative and courteous. We cannot rate the company highly enough and will certainly use them again. A BIG THANK YOU

Using circle meet and greet really made the journey more relaxed. It was great to come right to the terminal and leave our car.The attendants were friendly and helpful.The system seems to work really smoothly. A great service.

Our booking was very cheap, but, we phoned at 05.45hrs and arriveds at Stansted at 5.55. We had booked for 06.00hrs. We unloaded the car and stood for 15 minutes waiting for the rep. It was cold and windy. After a second call at 6.05 the rep arrived at 06.10. Security suggested that we should re-load the car and go around. We were not happy. The rep offered no apology but simply said that they were very busy. Q. Why take bookings at speceific times if you can't meet the booking requirement. The return was perfect. The rep arrived with my car as we came out of the airport.
