excellent service

Was some delay in actually meeting us. They arrived to collect other cars and assured us they'd be back in ten minutes but it was nearly 25 mins before they came for ours. Never the less the staff very friendly and helpful including spotting and adjusting for the mistake I'd made in return time. Pick up was easy, car arrived very fast and friendly chap once again.

I often use valet parking services at different airports. This time I used the meet and greet at Stansted. I was disappointed. The staff were friendly, polite and seemed to know what they were doing but my disappointment related to the time it took to be answered on the phone then the delay in finding the person at the airport to leave my car. I telephoned to ask where he was after waiting a while. On the return I had a worse experience on the phone as I was cycled round the menu system twice before I was answered. When we got to the appointed place to meet the rep with the car we had a wait of nearly 20 minutes before it arrived. I could have got the bus to the long stay car park in that time which makes valet parking almost pointless.

Very fast and professional service, I would be looking at Circle Meet and Greet every time I fly now, I wish they could drive me home as-well ! good work guys.see you soon.

Extremely easy to use, directions good, drivers very friendly, polite and easy to deal with. Cost not much more than best non-valet service (unlike some...) so made decision to use a no-brainer..

Excellent, hassle free service and communication. Punctual and reliable. Car in exact same condition when returned and the best bit is, the cheapest I could find on the net! Cannot be faulted, Thank You.

Very disappointed having to wait 2 hours from the time the plane landed to the delivery of my car. It would of been cheaper and quicker if I had used the short stay car park. This was because I brought forward my arrival time back to Stansted by 1 day and the relevant phone call I made to change my booking was sent through to the Stansted agent however they have no record of it. The Stansted agent also wanted to charge me £20 for changing my booking!
