This is the 4th time in less than a year that I've used the service and each time I've been impressed. Good communication prior to leaving, perfect timings both at dropping off and returning and polite, friendly staff. I wouldn't consider using anyone else

Excellent service. Met promptly by rep on arrival outside Departures. Very quick and easy drop off. On return, it took 20 mins for return of car, but given wintery conditions, it was a pleasure to receive the car defrosted and warmed up. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

The service was absolutely fine. Although we arrived nearly an hour early, it was no problem. I was given very clear instructions for the drop off and pick up. It is so good not to have to wait for the bus, especially in the cold, and manhandle the luggage on and off. Meet and greet is definitely the way to go and well worth the small premium.

Excellent service. Exactly as it said on the website (only criticism would be that the text welcoming me back arrived after I picked up my car, but that may have been a network issue - did not affect the service!). And all for the same price as long stay. Much more convenient though, especially with kids.

Absolutely perfect, we parked at the drop off and were picked up at the short stay car park. Both times the car was waiting for us and the driver was extremely friendly and polite. We will definitely use them again!
