Our flight was late and then there were delays at Stansted, which meant that it was way past 12.30am and closing time for your company when I telephoned to announce our arrival. Even though your staff were packing up to go home they cheerfully brought my car to the pick up point within a few minutes. That's what I call customer service.

I booked a parking for a 9 days and was satisfied with the services provided. I followed the instructions and didn't have to wait for a person who had to meet me. Thanks a lot. I will book my parking with you next time as well.

This is the first time I have used this service and I was very impressed by the promptness and politeness I recieved on arrival at Stanstead Airport,and also on my return journey home,after one simple phone call my car was waiting for me and I was able to continue my journey home without any problems whatsoever.
