We were concerned about leaving our car to be driven off onto an unknown car park, which we now know was 15 miles away but we had no need to worry as everything came together like clockwork. Collection and delivery was prompt, efficient and very professional. We shall definitely use Comstrad again.

This service makes the holiday. There is no stress on arrival. Just arrive at departures unload the luggage, give the keys to the Comstad agent and go. The best part is on your return when the car is waiting for you right outside the airport exit.

Once I had picked up my luggage I phoned as instructed and was told there would be a 15 to 20 minute delay because they were very busy. When I arrived at the meeting point there was no one waiting and it appeared deadly quiet. My car turned up more than 15 minutes later and no apology was offered. When I commented on this I was told that he beleived it was a perfectly acceptable wait and would not apologise and suggested I take my business elsewhere in future which is exactly what I will do. In the time it took to get my car I could have got a bus to a car park and saved myself money. On a positive note I have used Park and Go for many years and have always had excellent service and will be happy to use them again.

meet and greet worked fine - the SMS with the phone number to call for collection is a nice touch. The car was however extremely dirty with great blobs of something on both wing mirrors, hence the '4' rating instead of a full 5

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We had a few minutes wait for the operator to arrive at the terminal on our outward journey. On the return journey, the car was already in the car park when we reached it. Overall, it was a very good service.

We were pleased. The service meant that our holiday got off to a good start with the minimum of fuss (with two young children at a busy airport) and ended likewise. The service was efficient, courteous, and run like velvet. We would use this service again.
