I booked my arrival for 03.40. I followed the instructions regarding ringing. When I rang the number given, I was disconnected several times. When finally I got an answer after some 10 minutes I was parked at the terminal. An extremely rude individual then told me they were closed and didn't open until 4am. When I explained that I was parked at the terminal and my booking confirmatiuon showed the arrival time as 03.40, he said well he's worked there for years and they don't open until 4. He then threatened not to collect my car. Eventually, a very pleasent driver turned up at around 04.05 am. On the return I again followed the instructions but had to wait for nearly 20 minutes at the agreed meeting point. I have used Meet and Greet several times in recent years at various airports and found it to be well worth the additional cost. In this case, I was not happy with the attitude of the phone operator and the return wait and will avoid this company in the future if I can.
