Brilliant service . Polite staff and close to Stansted Airport .

Super easy to book and to park up. Everything was done very quickly. I’m not sure why the £1 each way charge isn’t included or bookable as an add on via the website but either way, the drop off and pick was great. We collected the car and it took about 40 seconds to get the key and go! Will definitely use again if we fly from Stansted.

Was a really nice experience. I had my booking until 23:45 and I get out of the airport around midnight. I appreciate that they came after me without any extra charge. Thank you very much again.

Excellent car park, well organised & managed. Literally drove right outside reception, they took our name & keys whilst our luggage was loaded into the transfer car. Took us immediately & dropped us off close to the terminal. On return we rang when we got our cases & the transfer car was already there waiting. Would definitely use this car park again. Brilliant service.

I have used MyCSL Park and Ride for a long time and very pleased with them. Competitive prices, close and secure car park. We were picked up by a lovely blonde lady who was chatty, kind and smily. Would definitely recommend their services.

It was OK. I would recommend a course in telephone manners and customer care. Also, the driver could do with a course in defensive driving; not all passengers are about to miss their flight.
