All was well until after a arduous journey I pick up my keys only to find my car blocked in by someone who was working in an office connected to the parking office when this person was finally tracked down I was livid, and received no apology. I will not avail myself of their services again .

Great service, easy to find drop off point and hardly any waiting on return. Will continue to keep on booking with Park & Go for my airport parking.

Very good, easy to use service and right by the airport. I am happy to recommend the service and will use it again. Theye dont appreciate you informing them if you are over 60 and dont need to pay the £2, a strange rule and we laughed about it all the holiday! Thanks.

Not the best experience, the people were very abrupt and close to being rude when we arrived, charged for the bus even though the website stated no charge for over 60's, wouldn't use this company again.

Everything went as planned. Booking in on arrival efficient. Mini bus left within 5 minutes of arrival. Our return flight was delayed by 6+ hours due to Storm Eunice which meant it was gone midnight, but they ensured a driver was available to collect us. I would definitely use again.

Transfer was quick with no waiting on both the outgoing and return transfers.

Just a great service every time...

The price is good, drop off good, collection from the airport was good my daughter had surgery so couldn't walk long distances. However customer service wasn't key on arrival or collection. There seemed to be a grumpy man syndrome going off!! The man collecting us had a attitude said I will put hazards on.. its a new unmarked vehicle.. wait between C and B arrivals?? . Not useful when all the vehicles had hazards on so went to B arrivals as all others was marked departures.. he was at the end of B departures got proper face on :( that we wasn't at start of C.. Not good after long flight. All in all be extra nice they soon stop the grump. Would use again now I know the system :)

No nonsense, straightforward parking for medium term. To find it was slightly challenging, as it barely has a sign outside and it was dark when we arrived, the car drop took 1 minute and away we were to the airport. On arrival even better, I called them when cleared of customs and within a minute they were there. The car was ready at the door to drive away. Overall, excellent and uncomplicated.
