When we booked the car park was in a different location however the new instructions were easy to follow and we had no problems finding it. On arrival it looks a bit makeshift, however we were met and told where to leave the car and then they park it for you and bring it out again so it's ready for you when you get back there - no waiting at all. Also when we book the transfers should have been £1 each however when we got there the transfer from the holiday inn express ( 1 minute walk away) had gone up so Pink Elephant gave us the difference for the journey there and also refunded us on the way back. This was much cheaper than most other parking at Gatwick and easy to use - would definitely use them again!

Quick, convenient, un crowded, and could hang about in hotel if early. Friendly. 2 buses per hour could be a problem if one was short of time.

On arrival at the stansted Hilton, there was nobody available at the office. We rang the number on the door and the man answered from the terminal saying he was on his way back but did we realise that there was no bus until after 4am. Our instructions stipulated that the bus ran 24hours a day, which is why we chose it. The Man from pink elephant came to the hotel and then drove us to the terminal which we were very grateful of. He said that it only runs 24hrs during summer, which obviously been told to you!! or if it had was not on your documentation that we were sent. However PE man was brilliant, so we will certainly be using them again.
