Just returned from our mini break where we used the long stay parking facilities at Stansted Airport. The most straightforward parking we have ever used. First class from start to finish, well signposted, easy directions to the next available parking area, well lit. Bus was waiting when we parked the car, it was well equipped, warm with plenty of seats and dropped us off right by the front entrance. Same on the return journey which was just before midnight and even though we were parked well into the car park I still felt quite safe returning to the car, excellent exit facilities and we were on the road home. Thank you Park & Go/Pink Elephant!

The car park and shuttle bus service was good. The only part which was wrong were the directions to the car park - these need reviewing.

Waited 45mins for the bus back to the car park after landing - awful. cold and wet with a teary 5yr old. Not what I expected after paying £28 to park for 4 days. Won't be using this car park again.

very easy to use, number plate recognition on the gates so no fuss if you'd prebooked, and both journeys there was a bus waiting too. very fuss free...would recommend!

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to use. I no longer bother with price comparison websites as Park & Go provide everything I want at a competitive price.

not sure whether we were at the right carpark so went into office. Your staff were excellent. They were very helpful. Bus driver on the way to airport excellent, on the way back not so good.
