S.V.S Meet and Greet Reviews

This is the best service I have ever had. I was parking by the terminal and then I call, they came after 3 minutes. When I came back someone call me before I did and said to give them a call when I'm ready and then they brought my car in the same place after few minutes also. They were polite. Definitely I will use this service again.

So convenient, just to get out at the terminal and have the car waiting when you get back, it was even warmed up!

I was pleased with the service and will use this service again. Good value for money. I had to wait for about 10 minutes at drop off and pick up, but this was communicated to me.

Really efficient and helpful. Thought we were going to be late and they didn't mind at all. Rang them again as on time and they collected car within 5 mins of arrival. On the way back came out of airport and car waiting. Perfect.

Fantastic service. Always on time for pick up (at set down outside arrivals), and always arrive within 5-10 minutes for collection (in short stay car park). Will continue to use when flying out of Stansted. Beats waiting for the bus to take you to the Long Stay Car park, and then being driven around all of the Zones before you get to yours (which typically used to take 30-40 minutes).

Pretty good all round, but took a bit too long when returning (17 minutes from time of phone call.)

Very pleased with the service that was given and will use again.However, on our way to the airport we found that the A11 joining the M11 junction was shut and the first that we new of this is when we were in the road works, we were then diverted and were then late and had to pay an extra £20 pounds as the person was moved to another job. This was totally out of our control and I don't really see why we should pay extra.

The representative arrived 20 mins late. There were no checks of any damage to the car (no photographs taken to prove the vehicle was not damaged). There was no paperwork handed to me to say that the car was being driven away by the SVS. It could have been a complete stranger stealing my car. This was very worrying. However, we arrived back from our holiday 12 hours early and this caused the company some problems, but they managed to get the car to us within 30 mins.
