Once the vehicle was returned to me, 42 miles had been done in the car since i left it, I was told that the depot was 13 miles away, which I wasnt previously aware of. So I believe that my car was being driven without my consent. I also believe that a shirt and trousers were stolen from the car whilst in the care of S.V.S meet and greet. No explanations have been forthcomming.

However, I realised as we got outside having landed and taken back the car, that I'd left something on the plane and had to dash back to the airport to make enquiries. As the car was returned to the drop off car park, and it was 25 mins before we left it, I had to pay a hefty £15 for the car park rather than the expected £2. Maybe you could emphasize to customers that they need to leave immediately or they will pay a lot more than £2.

Reviewed on 28th August 2012We had a very early flight and late return over a busy school holiday. The attendant arrived less than 5 mins from when I called to take the car. He helped us with bags and took car with no fuss. Upon return, the car was ready. We paid for the valet service, which was done well. Would use this service again.

Reviewed on 23rd August 2012I'm not convinced that you can call the service 'meet and greet' if you have to wait 25 minutes for your car to be delivered on return. I was told on the phone that there had been a security alert at the airport (no sign of this, and other cars were being delivered by other firms) and the driver blamed his delay on being stuck behind a tractor. I wouldn't use this company again.
