Really prompt and pleasant service, will definitely use again!

Drop off and collection were extremely efficient. I cannot fault the service in any way. Would definitely use again and also recommend to family and friends.

When we got to the airport we phoned 20 min before as instructed but still had to wait about 15 mins for them to pick the car up /on returning the car was there .

Arrived earlier than pre-booked drop off time due to lack of anticipated traffic. I was expecting to have to just wait in the for an hour, but when I phoned SVS they were happy to take the car early at no extra charge. Met me at the short stay car park promptly as promised - only took them about 10mins to bring the car back when I phoned on my return. Definitely would recommend SVS to anyone and will probably use them again in the future.

Very pleased with the meet and greet - prompt, no hassle service. Only concern was the car had done a 27 mile journey and wherever it was park appeared to be muddy. All said I would use this service again.

Very good service would advise to everyone. Saves all the trouble of waiting around for buses and saves you money.

I have used SVS Meet and Greet before with no issues and good service. On this occasion however they were short staffed on the return journey and took 30 minutes to drop the car back to the airport.

The service for collecting and returning the car was very efficient, but we were very disappointed that the car was splattered all over with very large and very dirty bird droppings. I thought I had read in the advertising that the cars are parked undercover which I now doubt very much. It will cost me £20 to have the car valeted and so this makes the service very expensive.
