They were always on time, we did not have to wait for them. Excellent service! Two minor complaints: (1) the ourside of the car was quite dirty when we collected it, and (2) they did not give us a receipt when we handed over the keys (we even asked for the receipt).

This is the first time we've used Meet & Greet at Stansted and we were very pleased. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived, which was right outside the airport entrance. On our return, we collected our luggage and phoned the company and driver and car were right outside the airport when we arrived. Would definiteley recommend and use again.

On return the flight was early and it seems the meet and greet did not keep check of return flight times. When I was in the baggage hall they said that I had arrived too early. Well, I could not help that if the flight was early. My ciggerette lighter was also missing from my car. I was told that it could be replaced at a later date and that they would call me. I found it thrown in the back of my car. Overall, service was ok but would have helped if the above issues did not occur.

Excellent service all round. Easy drop off car outside terminal building on outbound. I phone call after passport control on return and car ready for collection. Will use next flight and highly recommended.

We have been using Meet and Greet at the airports for a few years and find this the best way to travel. We have used S.V.S. a few times now and found them to be very good. We call them just before we arrive at the airport and they are very prompt collecting the car and the delivering it to us. We've never had any problems with the company and therefore highly recommend them. We will certainly be using them again as they give very good value. Thank you.
