S.V.S Meet and Greet Reviews

I have back my car all by scratch, after one hour waiting in car parking. When I try speaking with company I dont have any help. Dont believe this company.

Terrible experience. Arrived back to find our rear windscreen had been smashed and then SVS outrageously blamed it on us, saying the headrest had been pushed up too far and was pushing against the glass! No photo evidence supplied despite requests and no reply to any of my emails. NEVER AGAIN!

Not at all impressed with the service. Once the vehicle was returned to me, 42 miles had been done in the car since i left it, I was told that the depot was 13 miles away, which I wasnt previously aware of. So I believe that my car was being driven without my consent. I also believe that a shirt and trousers were stolen from the car whilst in the care of S.V.S meet and greet. No explanations have been forthcomming.

Called them as soon as we had collected our bags upon return at the scheduled time, but took them 45 minutes to arrive with the car. Would have been faster to have booked a taxi. Have used many meet and greet parking services, this was by far the worst. Would never use again, beware.
