Reviewed on 23rd August 2012I'm not convinced that you can call the service 'meet and greet' if you have to wait 25 minutes for your car to be delivered on return. I was told on the phone that there had been a security alert at the airport (no sign of this, and other cars were being delivered by other firms) and the driver blamed his delay on being stuck behind a tractor. I wouldn't use this company again.

Reviewed on 8th June 2012Seemed like a good idea at the time, but not when we phoned them at 22.45 and car was eventually brought to us at 23.25 with two young kids in shorts and t-shirts freezing cold and spittling with rain. Every time we rang they said they were two minutes away. Keys were practically thrown at us as man ran off into another vehicle, car was very muddy outside, would not recommend or use them again. Very disappointed.
