Reviewed on 11th June 2012Drop off and pick up were timely and friendly, butcar came back with mud splattered all the way up to the driver side windows. I wouldn't use this service for a new or flash car.

Reviewed on 24th May 2012Not a great service with poor phone explanation of where to do drop off car and no one there when we did find it. No help with luggage in a howling gale on our departure. Not great!

Reviewed on 5th May 2012I saw two sides to the service, the very good side of booking and dropping off the car and unfortunately the collect, which wasn't at the same standard. I did not follow..! or was not given the correct instructions of where to go to collect my car. So when I rang the number again for clarification I received the stroppy attitude of an individual who was trying to back track on his initial instructions.

Reviewed on 13th April 2012Our experience when arriving at the airport was faultless, however when we arrived back after our holiday we had to wait 40 minutes for our car, although we were told the car would be with us in 10 minutes :(

Reviewed on 8th April 2012Very good service on arrival back, cannot fail. However when booking in waited 20 min past agreed time despite arriving on time and calling earlier as requested. With service like this long term car park would be just as convenient. Staff courteous, but not uniformed as advertised.

Reviewed on 25th October 2011The representative arrived 20 mins late. There were no checks of any damage to the car (no photographs taken to prove the vehicle was not damaged). There was no paperwork handed to me to say that the car was being driven away by the SVS. It could have been a complete stranger stealing my car. This was very worrying. However, we arrived back from our holiday 12 hours early and this caused the company some problems, but they managed to get the car to us within 30 mins.

Reviewed on 5th September 2011Notes say to ring before collect luggage, however we were told to ring back when we were outside building. Also were not told we had to pay the carpark charge until we were given the keys - would be useful to correct both of these on your instructions. thanks
