Parking was straight forward but long wait on arrival back. Seemed to take for ages. Think I prefer either the meet and greet or park off site as this was quite away off anyway. Could do with more regular buses every 15 mins rather than 30.

Disappointed That nobody could send me an e-mail to confirm I had paid the money, no email receipt.

Perfectly satisfied with value, directions etc. BUT we had almost half an hour wait for the shuttle bus and that was only able to take 4 passengers, being packed already. I don't know how long the remaining dozen or so people had to wait for the next. Not good when check in times are so rigid.

Arriving, parking and bus to airport were good. The return (around midnight) was less efficient as we waited 20 minutes for a bus that was packed and then collected more passengers. As the bus was delivering passengers to many parks, all with different systems, it was somewhat confusing for many.
