Excellent service every time we have booked through Park and Go. On outward journey, we arrived and car was picked up as we sorted our luggage. On inward journey, the car was retuned after a few minutes. Simple, courteous and well priced service.

The service we have come to expect. Driver waiting on drop off at Heathrow. On return there was chaos because M25 was closed. They warned immediately that the car was delayed and rang to let us know when he was 5 minutes away.

Excellent service, especially now with car drop off and hand keys in at desk at T5. Car return within 10-15 minutes of collecting luggage and a very good price compared to other operators.

This is the second time running that we have had to wait 15 minutes to have our car returned. This did not happen before over many trips, but it does make me consider using alternatives (even long term could be done in 15 minutes).
