Brilliant personal service by Dave. Waiting for me as I arrived and was there with my car within 5 minutes of my call on my return. He even helped me top up the oil as the light had come on. Highly recommend 👍👍

Drop off was a smooth, easy experience. On return we landed early so as instructed I phoned up to let them know the change in timing, I wasn’t asking them to send the car I was just letting them know, the guy on the phone laughed at me when I told him we were still on the plane and asked to phone him back at passport control (which we didn’t need to go through anyway). 15 minutes later we were in the car park as we didn’t go through passport control or have any baggage to collect, I phoned back asking for them to bring the car over, he said it was a 3-5 minute wait. 20 minutes later I phoned asking where it was, he said he forgot to inform me that there are road works and it will be another 10 minutes, we ended up waiting 30 minutes in the cold.
