Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please call 30 minutes before arrival on 07967 162 399 so we can
arrange for a driver to meet you. If you do not call, you may experience delays
and additional charges. If you are running early or late, keep us updated —
we’re here to help.

Directions to the Drop‑Off Point
Follow signs to the Short Stay car parks. Pass the Bus Station
and the Orange
Short Stay on your left. At the roundabout, take the second exit.
The GREEN
SHORT STAY car park will be on your left.

Enter the car park, take a ticket, drive into the multi-storey,
turn immediately
left, then right, and park in Row A.

Hand your paid exit
ticket and ignition key only to our staff
member. This car park is a short walk to the terminal.

Keys & Security
We only require your vehicle key and any security
devices. Please remove all other keys — we cannot be responsible for them.

Car Park Exit Fee
On arrival, you will be required to pay the exit ticket fee
so our driver can remove your vehicle from the car park.

Your vehicle’s mileage is recorded the vehicle is then
photographed before it is moved to storage.

Return Procedure

Once you have collected all luggage and are walking through
Customs, call 07967 162 399.

Return to the GREEN SHORT STAY car park where you
originally dropped off your vehicle, unless advised otherwise.
Please note: You are responsible for the exit fee when leaving the
car parks.
Have your vehicle receipt ready to hand to the driver.
If the receipt is lost, your passport will be required as proof
of ownership.
You will be required to pay fees of up to £10.00 on exit.

At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have it ready to hand over to the driver, if lost please have your passport as proof of ownership!

Easy Parking's main aim is the safety and security of your vehicle and we work within fully secure facilities. Please print and take the confirmation email with you. If you are running late or early just phone us and we will reschedule your meeting time to suit your requirements. If you do arrive with an unsuitable vehicle you will be asked to pay for an additional space at the full local cost. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
