First class service from booking to collecting the car at the end of my travels. Great communications throughout and even after being delayed by 1 day the service still lived up to expectations. Drop off and collection very smooth & we would totally recommend.

Brilliant service. The two Gentlemen that met us were both waiting for us and we didn't call early we called at the right time. On arrival we were treated incredibly patiently as we maneuvered our bags and 6 month old out of our car for out first family holiday. Greeters were polite and very friendly. I can't recommend this professional service enough and will definitely be using Park & Go again. Thank you very much.

Couldn't fault the drop off and collection of my car. Very easy. The only thing is the website price needs updating, it's says on the booking form £7 exit fee in which it's not. Its £10 40% increase and if people have cash only and don't have enough then they will be caught out. Other then that everything was good.

We arrived early expecting more traffic on the M25 and they were happy to pick up early. They need to give better instructions when arriving at the airport ie DO NOT go beyond the barrier. Coming back we were delayed 1 hour getting off the plane due to sickness and they were very accommodating bringing the car back a bit late.
