Good service would definitely use again.

Excellent service. We've used it a many times from Bristol the first time from Birmingham even although collecting our luggage was delayed by 40 minutes the service was excellent and we will certainly use the service again.

I was extremely pleased with the service given by Park & Go. Everything went to plan and was on time and the staff were very efficient and courteous. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Sometimes difficult to make a phone call 15 minutes before arrival as I was driving! however, the attendant did phone me and reminded me and as it was we did not have to wait long to be seen to, excellent.

Everything went smoothly. The driver was there waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and our car was waiting for us in the car park when we returned. Great service.

Excellent service. There was a slight delay when we arrived but this was my fault as I arrived earlier than planned. On ringing the team they sent staff out as soon as possible. Our wait was no more than 10 mins. On claiming our baggage on return we rang the team as instructed and walking out of the terminal we saw our car being driven into the car park. No wait straight on the road excellent. Even better when we saw the queue for the bus!!! Well worth the extra cost.

The service is good regarding collection and return of the car. My only issue with this service is that every time i have used it my car has been returned filthy. Either full of mud, or pigeon poop from where they have parked it. I would rather pay a little more and leave it in the sheltered car park so long as i don't have to wash it every time i use the service.

Fast and efficient. The staff could have been a little more friendly and communicative.
