Didn't start well, had phone call from Heathrow about my arrival - my booking was with Birmingham. I rang Birmingham, who had no record, despite my paperwork being correct. Sorted eventually, however probably won't use this service at Birmingham again as car parks are actually closer than the drop off point. I had used service at Birmingham previously, and drop off was by large lamp post directly in front of terminal, which was ideal.

Again the car came back very dirty inside, as a repeat customer using the service weekly I expect more and will be changing to another meet and greet service next time I book.

I have no problems with the people or service at Flydrive. The main problem is the distance from drop off to terminal which is a good 5 minutes walk so it is not really meet and greet as ordered. My wife is having treatment for cancer and expected as on previous meet and greet Birmingham to drop the car off in drop zone or by monorail station. It would have been cheaper and easier to just book airport parking.

Unfortunately since this car park was altered the walk to the terminal is not worth paying for meet and greet. We have used your firm before to our total satisfaction, but now we will no longer use Birmingham for our flights as for two eighty year olds it is too far from the terminal. We are sorry that we feel this way but there is no answer.

Easy to find and understand, however with the new development they took the car and we had no idea where to go. Also did not think that it was value for money, I would think twice before paying for the service again.

Good service except the car came back covered in thick dust! Looks like it had been left on a building site... I had cleaned it 2 days before.

The service is good regarding collection and return of the car. My only issue with this service is that every time i have used it my car has been returned filthy. Either full of mud, or pigeon poop from where they have parked it. I would rather pay a little more and leave it in the sheltered car park so long as i don't have to wash it every time i use the service.

Meet & Greet: Arriving at the Airport and handing over my Car was fairly straight forward. On returning to the UK and telephoning once we had collected our bags we had to wait approx 10 minutes in the rain whilst the car was been returned to the airport from the off site car park.
