I have to say great service, and the guy's were perfect - and I shouldn't really complain about a mere 10 minute walk.... Will still use in future - but others (particularly if you have any walking difficulties) need to be aware.

Reviewed on 10th September 2017Very professional, only had 5 miles on the car so was only parked 2 miles away and was returned exactly as I left it. Simple drop off and collection from a dedicated Meet and Greet zone

Reviewed on 23rd August 2017The car park has moved further away making it longer to walk with your bags(in both directions). To call it meet and greet is wrong. Calling it meet and greet eventually would be more appropriate, I will not be using this again as its just the same as being bussed long term parking.

Reviewed on 27th July 2017Didn't start well, had phone call from Heathrow about my arrival - my booking was with Birmingham. I rang Birmingham, who had no record, despite my paperwork being correct. Sorted eventually, however probably won't use this service at Birmingham again as car parks are actually closer than the drop off point. I had used service at Birmingham previously, and drop off was by large lamp post directly in front of terminal, which was ideal.
