I have used park and go meet and greet many times at Bristol airport, but this was my first time at Birmingham airport. My only disappointment was the drop. It was to faraway from the terminal as we had a wheelchair users in our party.

Because our flight was changed from Bristol to Birmingham a couple of weeks before our holiday, they couldn't find our booking when I let them know we were twenty minutes from the airport, we were not told where to go, we went to the drop off area, informed them we were there, we were told that someone would soon be with us, after half an hour no-one turned up so we left the carpark so not to be charged, spoke to someone again who told us to go to valet parking, when we found it other people were getting out of their cars and being seen to straight away, we got our car and were told to get back in our car what he wouldn't be with us for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes someone else came and took our keys, we had no receipt or proof that we handed over our car, we were told to phone the same number when we landed after our holiday. When I did, they didn't have a record of our car again, when we went to where we dropped our car off there was no sign of our car, and were expecting the worst, when we saw our car being driven towards us we were so relieved, the driver was lovely and apologetic for the mix up. I would never use them again!

Great service every time I use Swift. Will use then four more times this year.

Excellent service, picked the car up exactly where they said and dropped it back off within 5-10 minutes of us ringing them. We had to check the car over and everything was spot on. Definitely recommend and will be using again.
