Reviewed on 6th July 2025Was ok to start but had to wait an hour for my car to be dropped off. With 2 young (under 3) children it wasn't great. Will not be using again!

Reviewed on 22nd October 2024Booking /pick up from the airport all went well Even accommodated an earlier pick up On return drivers door had 2 dents Driver had no knowledge of this Photos taken and sent with email to them the next day. Was then left to organise quotes. Won’t use again.

Reviewed on 14th October 2024It took 25 minutes to collect the car when dropping off and 40 minutes to bring the car back despite many chasing calls - very poor service. Car had been played with seat memory had been reset and radio station changed from favourites to all stations for a 5 minute journey?

However, I really object to being charged £5/day extra for a SWB transporter van (non-commercial) It is a couple of cm shorter than my Audi A6 that I used to park with them and is the same width, so I cannot see why my SWB van would cost £5/day more. It makes the service not competitive, so wont be using A38 anymore.

Reviewed on 7th March 2022When we returned to Bristol we phoned per the instructions after we had collected our baggage and had gone thru customs. We were told 10 minutes before our car would arrive. 30 minutes later still no car and in the end we had to get into a minibus to be taken to where our car was. This isn't the service we paid for!
