Very easy pick up and drop off. Left money for the exit from the drop off zone but the change wasn’t left. Will be more prepared next time and have the correct money. Apart from that, can’t fault the parking service.

We had to wait 5-10 minutes for A38 Meet & Greet representative to arrive despite calling 20 minutes in advance as advised. That was frustrating but could live with that as we had enough time to allow for check in etc. Upon our return we had to wait more than 45 minutes after calling to be reunited with our car despite being told it would be 10 minutes - that was far from ideal at 1am! Very disappointing service and wont be using A38 Meet and Greet again.

Dropping my car off was nice and easy, but getting it back was a nightmare. It's supposed to be a swift exchange but they don't seem to have enough staff working at nights. Waited over 40 minutes for my car to be dropped off on return, with 2 cold young children. After waiting for the 40 minutes I called them for an update only to find out my car was at the drop off waiting. It would have been nice for them to call me.

Booked via the Park and Go website we always use thinking A38 were linked to our usual collection team but the initial experience with this company was a complete disaster. 15 minutes from the airport in the early hours and the phone number used was never answered!! The second number given would not connect? After more than 12 attempts I rang the usual P&G number which was answered immediately and although they were fully booked they helped direct me to the Airport Tavern where A38 operates from. “The phone “ I was told apparently had been left in the footwell of another customer’s car causing all this stress for us knowing how busy Bristol Airport always is. Redeemed themselves a little by being on time returning our car after we landed.

Drop off was fine, very quick… but picking the car back up at 12.30am with two kids in the cold… wasn’t good. We have to wait nearly an hour for our car to come back. We rang then when we landed and he said to ring back when we’re outside. Which we did and had to wait an hour. If he came when we rang when we landed then we wouldn’t of had to wait. Disappointed as we had 2 little kids.

Collection of the car on Departure of the airport was very efficient, On arrival back I phoned to be told it would be 10/15 minutes after 20 minutes I rang back to be told aggressively by a man who said ‘I told you I would call you when it was coming’ The car arrived back after 30 minutes of waiting ..

Not a pleasant experience. We followed the instructions, called driver 20 minutes before arrival, again called before 5 minutes before arrival and every time he said he is on the way but diver didn't turned up until 50 minutes after our arrival. We then had to rush through the airport departure, security and boarding gate. We were the only passengers awaited boarding when we reached the boarding gate.
