Not there when I turned up to go, waited for around 15/20 minutes .. but on the way back only waited for 5 minutes. But after all that I would use again 👍

We didnt wait long to drop off and also car was delivered back quickly for pick up. We noticed the back of the car was dirty and wete told it was probably parked against a fence. The next day we also noticed the underneath of the car was very muddy as if it had been driven across fields or something.

Arrival pick up was timely but I had to wait nearly half an hour in the rain coming back. I was told firstly he was picking car up then after my third call, I was told driver was held up in traffic. I agree it was busy but it was moving throughout, disappointed in them.

Waited twenty mins for the driver to collect the car, but really efficient coming back. Only had a £10.00 note for exit fee, driver said he'd leave the £5 change in the well on the return ......?!!

Problems on return, we called to say we were back and told they would be straight there, after 20 mins we called again to be told they couldn’t start the car and we should get a bus to them. The reason they couldn’t start is because they were trying to use my keys for a car that wasn’t mine. Then couldn’t find our car in the car park and had to go and look in their compound. Over 1hour of waiting around not ideal at 1am with kids in tow.

Efficient pick up and drop off but car returned dirty- wheels and wheel arches caked with mud and the floor mats inside front also covered in mud. My dash cam had also been connected!!

Easy drop off but had to wait 35 minutes for car when returned to UK.

Drop off was perfect, unfortunately the collection was not quite so simple, I called as instructed and was told it would be 10 minutes, after 25 minutes I called again and was told there had been a shift change and my request for the car had not been pasted on. When the driver arrived, he was very apologetic. I understand these things happen, but when travelling alone and arriving back at night you don’t want to have to chase them up.

Would be interested to know where my vehicle had been left. I picked it up in the dark and following morning found it was filthy with mud even over the entire roof !
