Reviewed on 10th September 2024We've used A38 Meet & Greet before and this time was fine apart from being told off for not phoning 30 minutes before arrival at the airport. It's always been 20 minutes and our email instructed us to call 20 mins prior. However the staff member was not happy saying it will 'quite clearly' say 30 minutes on our email. Well it 'quite clearly' doesn't say that!
