Security Measures

During the Parking Period A4 Parking shall keep the vehicle at its premises of one of its secure parking sites, during the time the vehicle is parked it will be at the owner's risk. The customer authorises A4 Parking to drive the vehicle between authorised secure parking sites and the airport under A4 Parking's Insurance when your car is collected by the driver.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please call A4 Parking Meet and Greet AT LEAST 20 min "PRIOR" to your arrival. Upon arrival at the airport, take the right hand lane and follow the pink signs to the Drop Off and Pick Up area and you will be met by an A4 driver.

Strict airport prices mean that you are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the Drop Off and Pick Up area otherwise it will incur extra cost paid by you.

Please call and let A4 Meet and Greet know ASAP if you are going to be earlier or later than the time specified on your booking form. A4 meet and greet will charge customers arriving more than 2 hours before or after the time specified on the booking form without prior notification.

Return Procedure

Upon return to the airport - please collect your baggage, clear customs and then phone when you are leaving the terminal building and a driver will be sent with your car to meet you in the same Drop off and pick up. If there are no other people waiting this could be as little 7 minutes.
Drop off and pick up Car Park exit fee is payable by you.

Additional Information

Fully insured drivers park your car for you. A £8.50 airport access fee is payable locally on entry (cash only) and exit.
PLEASE NOTE: A £8.50 airport access fee is payable locally on entry (cash only) for the driver to exit. This car park does not accept Commercial Vans, Long wheel base vans, minibuses over 8 seats or Taxis. Transporter size vehicles and Pickup Trucks ie Navara / L200 / Ranger etc will be charged £20 extra on top of any prepaid amounts.
