Quick efficient service with location close to Bristol airport. Slightly disappointed with the condition of car when returned, though not damaged it was considerably dusty/dirty but something I suppose to be expected when stationary in a car park.

B and G were very friendly which was great. They gave me a mobile no. to call when I got back, to call the bus, but unfortunately this got lost in my travels, and I had no way of contacting them on my return. Airport info were as helpful as they could be, all we could find was the national tel. no. which was closed by the time I arrived in Bristol. My flight had been delayed by 1.5 hrs and I panicked as the "office closed" voicemail made me think the park had closed too. I got a cab to the car park to do a final check before thinking about a b&b for the night (I live a long way from the airport); fortunately the proprietor was there and claimed to be "just about to go and fetch me" which was a bit strange, 2 hours after my arrival time. If they could provide a card or something with the contact details for calling the bus on return, that would be very helpful and avoid situations such as that which I've just experienced. Otherwise very friendly and helpful

Ideal as its only a short distance from the airport, very quick response to getting picked up on our return home, only drawback was the car was covered with dust and also the mini bus could have been cleaned as the floor was very dusty,

To and from the airport first class service. Directions and signs from the motorway was very poor, and when we picked up our car we found the outside was very dirty.

The car park was reasonably near Bristol Airport, but was pretty scruffy. The van that took us to and from the airport was on its last legs with a broken door and the bumper tied on with string! We waited about 15 minutes for the van to take us in each direction and about 10 minutes drive, so not the quickest system, but certainly not the slowest either.

The car park appeared safe, we had no problems with the car, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite, however, the minibus that took us to the airport could have done with some rennovation to say the least, it looked a bit of a wreck both inside and out, not what I have experienced before using the service at other airports.

Good courteous service provided regarding taking and collecting from Airport; however, this is the forth time we've used B & G parking and we were really dissapointed with the condition the car was returned. Muddy inside and out.

You need to sort directions with the right names on your site, as it was difficult to find hence did not arrive on time. The Van, needs to be clean as looks dirty and Portacabin should be more welcoming. If you want more trade please give a more professional outward appearance. First impressions count! I would recommend and use again as the price is good. thank you

A good service taken to airport on arrival and collected in a few minutes after phone call after clearing airport. I think the surface of the carpark could be improved when wet dirt carried into car mats.

Unfortunately not a good experience. The parking site was poor and uncovered. The staff were not very organised or competant. I had a long wait to get my car back on my return as there were 2 cars blocking me in and one of those would not start. The guy then just left me there while he went to pick up another customer! I ended up having to help push the car out of the way to get mine out. My experience was very poor but they assured me that this was not their normal service. On balance the price was very reasonable.
