When i rang up 15 mins from airport very early in the morning, I was told there was no trace of my booking. I had the relevant paperwork. The man was very helpful and came out anyway and was at the airport when we arrived. A potentially bad situation was handled well.

The car was picked up straight away when we arrived. On our return we 'phoned as detailed and the car arrived at the airport as we were leaving the terminal building. Very efficient.

I used this service 5 weeks ago My car was returned covered in a sticky substance which suggested it had been parked under trees and the inside was muddy I phoned to complain and the operative hung up I phoned again and spoke to the manager and made him aware of my complaint I had already prebookerd their service again and he assured me this would not happen again When my car was returned on the second occasion it was still dirty and again the interior was muddy On a positive note they were puntual on the collection and delivery on both occasions
