When i rang up 15 mins from airport very early in the morning, I was told there was no trace of my booking. I had the relevant paperwork. The man was very helpful and came out anyway and was at the airport when we arrived. A potentially bad situation was handled well.

I couldnt make the flight due to a concert provider not completing their part of the bargain. I lost the money paid to park and go as it is in their terms and conditions so I didnt bother to tell them I wouldnt be arriving at Bristol, what incentive is there for me to cancel the booking If I dont get any money back?

I have used the park & go service twice in the past with no problems, but this time I was asked to pay on my return home to collect the car even though I had already paid in full on-line. I had to unpack my bag in rain to find proof of on-line booking. Otherwise I am happy with prompt service.

It was okay but I had to find somewhere to park and phone a few miles from the airport which I found to be inconvenient.
