nice service at drop off.3.30 am. great collection on return, then told go get it, its somewhere in row 10. so dragging cases between cars looking for mine, got a bit annoyed off as it was in row 9.

Service,price,timeing,Drivers assistance & courtecy all excellent. The 1 point off the rateing,the car was very dirty from being parked undr trees.Thank you I will certainly use you again.

Excellent service, we arrived at 4am and were taken straight to the airport and on the way home the mini bus was there within 5 minutes of calling.

I found ParkAnFly an excellent service both prior to my flight out and on the return journey. The flight home was diverted and delayed but it did not cause any issues in being collected and returned to my car promptly. I will certainly use this service again on all future trips.

The service was good and we did not have to wait too long for a minibus in either direction. However the buses were a bit shabby and unkempt.

I thought it was an excellent service. I was attended to straight away on arrival at the car park. The paper work was done within 5 minutes and we were on the minibus on our way to the airport. On arrival we only had to wait 15 minutes which was reasonable and was handed keys back for my car. Will use again.

good service/bit of a wait on pickup on return from our holiday/need signage to car pk,i had difficulty in finding it last year but ok this time as i new were i was going

Efficient system, car safe for the week. Only slight weakness was that although we were the 1st to be at the waiting area to be collected from the airport we were initially told we would have to wait for the next van as everyone else had rushed on. We being more elderly were slower, and only after I insisted that in fairness we should have seats on this van did the lady suggest that 2 others get off the van and go on the next one, which fortunately they did. A system of checking the invoice numbers of passengers in time order would have been helpful.
