I had very little waiting around, which was great really early in the morning, and on my return the bus arrived within 5 minutes. All seemed very efficient, both office staff and drivers. Will definitely use this company again. Many thanks.

Excellent service. Taken straight to the airport on arrival and collected within 20 minutes on our return. Only two minor problems: the mobile phone number we were given to arrange collection was full of messages and so inoperable - keep a note of the landline number on the booking form - and the parking areas are not lit, making it difficult to find and load the car at night.

Good service good directions to dept only critisim had to load own luggage,vehicles were rather tatty nobody told to wear seatbelts reception staff very good and efficient minibus drivers not very friendly

Efficient car parking services. Fairly straightforward to find, provided one has read the instructions about the car park being part of the Mushroom farm! The car park sign seemed to be set back in the entrance driveway.Perhaps an earlier sign just before the entrance would be helpful?

this was a very speedy and good way to start and finish a holiday, the only small thing was we thought the mini bus was a bit long in the tooth?

Directions to car park were easy to follow. Staff helpful and friendly. Upon return, the bus was already waiting - so did not have to call. Very pleased and will definitely use again!

the staff tried to be as helpfull as they could but the place is so badly organised that when i got there i couldn't park. i finaly just left the car near the entrance and gave them the keys. when i got to the office they had lost 2 peoples car keys and nobody could get in or out, in fact i took 55mins from the time i arrived until i was taken to the airport. when i park the car i made a note of the mileage and upon my return i found that the car had be used in my absence!!! there were 8 miles more on the clock than from when i left it there???

Second time used P & R, so knew what to expect, and it was simple and easy. Slight wait at airport on return, but one of the buses had broken down so fair enough. Not important but I think an occasional clean inside vans would show more pride and inspire more confidence, but definitely not serious. Will use next time again.
