Drop off was fine but on our return we had to wait 30 mins for a pick up as the first mini bus was full (they only seat 10 people) even then my daughter had to sit on my lap as there was 11 people waiting. You get what you pay for!

Easy book in and check out service. Didn't have to wait longer than 5 mins for the bus either way and they were clean. The gentleman that picked us up from the airport was cheery but the other staff members were not. the only thing would be that although I have a small car needing to do three negotiations and then reversing down the lane to get out was a bit excessive.

Having used this car park in the past with no issues, I would not use them again as my car was damaged on the last visit. They have failed to respond to any of my correspondence.

Bristol ParkAnFly was ok as off airport parking firms go. However it would be 'nice' if there was a sign letting you know where it is - I arrived at 3am (obviously it was dark) and drove past the site a few times before getting directions from the Budgens garage. There were no signs or lights when I was there; BTW you are looking for a Mushroom farm.

The drop of and transfer to airport was excellent. The pick up from airport was less satisfactory there were 15 people waiting and the first van had a passenger door that wasn't functioning.

pick up and drop off was on time however the condition of the buses used has something to be desired and there was a lingering smell on each journey. found that some of the staff were abrubt and on the return journey i had to load and unload our cases myself as the driver dissapeared into the lodge as soon as we arrived at the car park.
