Very little wait for transfers-I particularly liked the drop off-leave the car at reception rather than having to search in the dark for a parking place

The car park is certainly not the flashiest I have been in, but the reception was excellent - polite and with clear instructions, while our bags were loaded into a minibus for us. Within five minutes we were in the minibus heading for the airport. Same day but many hours later, after our flight was cancelled almost an hour after boarding, we returned to pick up the car. Our minibus driver was great - really cheered us up, and we arrived back at the car park to find our car sitting outside the office waiting for us. Our mini bus driver loaded our cases for us while I picked up the car keys. Great. A refund of our parking fee (less reasonable admin costs as per their terms) was made by return of my email. I shall certainly be using them again.

I found this an excellent service; the customer services on line and on site were efficient and polite. The airport transfer was prompt and comfortable despite the late hour of our return.

As I live in Devon this car park is in an excellent location for me. The staff and paperwork handling is first class. Two areas to improve, signage from the road and valeting the inside of the minibus would improve the look. Otherwise I was very impressed with the service and will definately be using this park and fly everytime. Discount for frequent parker!

I cannot fault the efficiency of this service.Arrived midnight -5 minute wait & then taken to airport. On return minibus was waiting. Could not have ben any quicker. I found the previous reviews very helpful and was prepared for a little difficulty in finding the site but, thanks to the comments, found it with no problem. Thoroughly good value for money.

Easy to find quick transfer to airport. On return we were delayed because of the volcanic ash but we only waited twenty minutes before being collected and returned to our car.
