Reviewed on 14th January 2010A 2 rating is generous. Attitude of staff - poor. Transport to airport - poor quality. The car had been moved and interior light left on - resulting in a flat battery on return to the car. Overall a poor performance.

Reviewed on 10th December 2009You get what you pay for - -No sign posts when you come off main roads, post code in a sat nav takes you about 1 mile away down a dirt track! Very hard to find - especially at night with no road lighting -Woman at desk not very helpful or polite -No help with bags or fitting them in the back of the van, just stood by and watched them all be thrown on top of each other, had to ask for other door to be open for better access. -No flood lighting or signs in the car park to see your car or how to exit -as a single woman alone i felt very uncomfortable and unsecure But it did only cost £11.50!
Disappointing service. Man on reception was rude & unhelpful and I waited over 25 minutes for the bus to arrive to take me to the airport. On a more positive note, much better service on the return. I will not be using this car park again.

Reviewed on 13th September 2009We chose to book with WCP car park as it had good reviews and I thought it was a reasonable price. I will never use WCP again. The directions given on the booking ticket took us through Bristol which meant that the journey from Cheltenham to the car park took around 1 and 3/4 hours, when it should have taken about 45 minutes. On arrival, we completely missed the turn off as the sign we were looking out for was completely in the dark at 5am. It was by pure chance that my passenger saw the 'M' for Monaghan's Mushroom farm otherwise we would have missed it completely. When we did arrive, there was a bus waiting which we were not allowed on as it was full. We then waited at least another 30 minutes for the next bus. This meant that we missed the bag drop off for our flight and had to book and pay for another flight, the only other option was to miss our holiday completely. Given that we left Cheltenham for Bristol 3 hours prior to the flight and there was no traffic between 3.30-4.45am, this was unacceptable. On return from holiday, we called WCP as instructed, and were told the bus would be there to pick us up in 10 minutes. The bus arrived but other customers charged so again we were refused entry. The driver made no attempt to enforce any queue. 30 minutes later we called WCP to enquire where the next bus was and were told 'any second'. There was no apology and the lady on the phone hung up. We waited a total of 40 minutes for a return bus. Another point is that aside from the one bus driver who drove us on our outward journey, there was no friendly customer service. The lady at the desk was bordering on rude to all customers and there were no apologies for any delays. I would not use WCP again.

Reviewed on 9th September 2009Parking signs were not visible at the roadside. Upon my return to the car park, the "manager", as he called himself, was impatient, rude, argumentative and had no idea of the concept of customer service. He hung up on me when I called from the airport and even expected me to thank him when he handed the keys back. A record of the mileage, as indicated on my Park & Go email, didn't happen.
