Reviewed on 19th September 2009Very quick efficient service. Biggest problem was finding it. Directions excellent until 50yds away. No sign actually on road you have to turn in to driveway of the mushroom farm. no name on this road either. Arrived back late at night, carpark could have done with more lighting, trying to find car was a bit tricky. could also do with better lane markings for exit especially in the dark otherwise good value for what was paid

Reviewed on 15th September 2009The reception was excellent, with the lanes to put our car. Trip to the airport was quick and easy. Great to have the car ready to drive away at the end of the stay. Perhaps a bit better telephone system for pick-up; there was a couple who could only get voice-mail and so missed the pick-up van
