Easy to use car park. Excellent service, no waiting to hand over our car when we arrived and only a two minute wait on our return.

It does what it says on the tin!! Very good service at a reasonable price - We have used Diamond Parking Meet & Greet two or three times now and are impressed.

This was the best and most efficient parking experience ever. Not only that, but it was cheaper than all the other airport car park options at the time. We phoned as instructed 20 minutes before arrival at the airport , our car was recognised by the Diamond Parking Meet & Greet driver. We handed over the keys and that was it. Our return was equally efficient. Our flight was delayed and we then had to wait nearly an hour for our luggage. We phoned once we had collected our suitcase, went straight to the Drop and Go car park and saw our car coming into the car park as we arrived. Unlike other meet and greet companies who charge the £6 drop and go car park fee both on dropping the car and on collecting, we only had to pay it once on exit. Highly, highly recommend.

We arrived after phoning ahead as requested early hours of 4 September. Pick up driver waiting for us and transfer easy with a nice sociable young man. On return 18/09 we were late due to flight and airport delays. Rang Diamond Meet & Greet on picking up cases and car turned up as we entered drop and go area. First class and very helpful loading suitcases etc. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Thanks all.

Very efficient all round. Driver there for drop off and collection was really quick even though the flight had been delayed and it was the early hours of the morning. Would use again.

This is now the second time we've used Diamond Meet and Greet and I still can't find fault in them!! I phoned 15 minutes before we arrived, as per instructions, and was told to drive straight into the Drop and Go car park, despite being 30 minutes earlier than we'd booked for (traffic had been kind to us too!). As we drove in, our pick up driver spotted us so we pulled up near to him. As previously, he was friendly and efficient and the handover was very smooth! On our return, I phoned as we came into the lobby and was told that it would be 7-10 minutes as there was a car before us. For me, this wasn't a problem as I'd been informed and my expectations managed!! We waited so that we could see when the driver approached the entrance and gave him a wave as he came in. He pulled in right in front of us, did the check to ensure we were the rightful owners (!) and then we were on our way! £6 exit fee, which is criminal but this is nothing to do with Diamond, it's just the airport charge. (If it's longer than 10 minutes, it increases to £8!) We will definitely use Diamond again, particularly as their charges remain competitive.

Perfect. Out bound ready and waiting. Inbound we had flight delay but a very short wait and car delivered. Ideal. I’ll use again. All was done as advertised not like another Mickey Mouse crowd I used at Bristol before.
