Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

Rang the company 15 minutes away from airport as told to the driver was waiting for us. Went lovely, unfortunately our flight got cancelled so we had to get car back to travel back home. Diamond meet and Greet was brilliant and apologised for us having to wait 20 minutes but no fault of theirs so contacted them the following day to book with them again as got a new flight 2 days later and technically they had kept there side of the agreement and giving me the service so expected to have to pay all over again but they only charged me a further £20 which I thought was brilliant of them as non of the problems were their fault and both drop offs were quick. On are second pick up, waited 10 minutes, brilliant service and this is the 3rd time we have used them now and will be using them again.

Everything worked perfectly, both ways, with no waiting around. Will definitely book through Park and Go again.

Perfect from start to finish, first time booking through Park and Go, process took the stress out of finding a parking space, parking and walking to terminal. Drivers were waiting for the car and car was promptly delivered after our holiday. Have already booked Diamond Parking Meet & Greet for later in the year.

Top service, exactly as described. Driver was waiting for us on arrival at Bristol Airport, car was waiting for us on return. Perfect.

Great service all round. The staff were courteous and collection and delivery of our car faultless. Even a late notice change to our planned flights which resulted in a change to parking dates and times was refunded without prompt. All for a fraction of the price of other parking options at Bristol.
