Great service, super efficient.

Cheaper option than on-site parking at Bristol Airport. 1st class service from collection of my car and also delivering it back, even with the delivery back on a delayed flight and very early hours in the morning. Will use Diamond Parking Meet and Greet every time from now on.

We had a good experience with this company. All went smoothly. I would recommend offering slightly more detailed information as to where car should be dropped off exactly as although we entered the drop off area, we ended up in a car park which was incorrect. Also the quality of phone line for contacting the company is bad- we struggled to hear what they were advising us to do on arrival and return!!

Great service from Diamond Meet & Greet, called the number 5 minutes before hand and they were in the car park waiting for us, quick hand over and we were off. On our return journey although it was a late flight (landed at 22.30) once we had collected our luggage we called the guys at Diamond, not wanting to wait around as it was late and we were cold but once again the guys at Diamond meet & greet we’re waiting for us, quick handover and we were off. Will definitely be using them again. 5*
