Excellent service - helpful and friendly person at drop off and prompt return of vehicle at collection. First time I have used Diamond Meet & Greet at Bristol but will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing, super friendly and very helpful. On return to Bristol, car was brought immediately after we called once we had our luggage. Would definitely recommend Diamond Parking Meet and Greet, such a change to have such good service. Thank you.

Under the chaotic circumstances at departures, handover of car was pretty straightforward. However collection on arrival not so much. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour which I appreciate can cause issues, however at 2.20am it would be considered a "quieter" time of day. Collection of car was over 20 mins (not the time quoted). Due to rain and darkness handover was literally passing my keys and walking away. Best day I noticed that my front bumper has been knocked out of place and in further inspection seemed to have been scrapped along something which caught the bumper. Of course I have no photographic proof of the car when I dropped it off as no checks were made, however after only owning my car for 3 weeks I am 100% certain that this damage was not present when I dropped off my car. Without proof there is nothing I can do.
