A really positive experience using Diamond Parking Meet and Greet at Bristol Airport. The vehicle was collected on time and quickly inspected before being officially handed over. Upon our return, we contacted the company after baggage claim and the vehicle was delivered swiftly to the collection point. No delays, no fuss, no excess charges. Would absolutely use again. Was hesitant about booking a meet and greet service as you always see lots of bad reviews across every airport. I was so impressed with this service. Called when we were 15 minutes from Bristol and we turned up the same time. On return our flight was delayed so we landed at 2am and I called when we picked the bags up and they turned up as we got to the car park. In total my car travelled approx 3 miles whilst we were away which is lower / what expected. Will absolutely use again.

Very punctual, on time both ways at early hours, less stress all round with children.

Brilliant service, driver waiting in Bristol for us and on return called once had our bags and expected to wait but again driver was waiting for us in the drop and go! Would highly recommend and definitely use again! Loads better than other companies we've used.
