Really great service. Someone was there to collect when we arrived and there when we came back. It was so quick, we literally walked out of the terminal, down to the drop-off zone and drove straight out. It was quicker than getting a taxi or going to to the nearest car park (and much cheaper). We will definitely use Diamond Parking Meet and Greet, Bristol again!

Superb service at great value. The representative was waiting for us in the drop and go area when we arrived and it was a quick handover. When we came back, I called them when we had our luggage and by the time we got to the drop and go area my car appeared 30 seconds later. We were away for 5 nights and it was much cheaper than the official airport parking options and so convenient. Also cheaper than a taxi to / from the airport.

Really first class. Everything worked as stated, even when our plane was delayed for over an hour when we returned, I called for the car after clearing customs, and the car arrived immediately. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend to all. Thanks for an excellent service.

I have used Diamond Parking Meet & Greet 4 times in the last year. they are always super prompt, even last week when our flight actually landed early, they were there as soon as we called to say we have cleared bag collection. Highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them.

They were incredibly prompt in both picking up and returning. Having used Meet and Greet for years I think they offered the fastest service. I would have given 5 stars but the car was grubbier on the outside than expected for just 7 days (wasn't very clean to start with so was surprised extra dirt and smears were clearly visible). Previous companies have undertaken more formal handovers ie confirming mileage, checking condition of car before and after as well as proof of ID. However overall I was very happy with the service and excellent value for money. Will use again.

This is our third time booking through Park and Go for Bristol and each time it has been a smooth, problem free, friendly and helpful experience! We are hooked!

I’ve used meet and greet at various airports and I’m always conscious that there’ll be a no show, but to be fair I was running over an hour late, I called them and they just said no problem just let us know when you’re 15/20minutes away. As I pulled into the car park the attendant made himself known and asked my name it was that simple. On my return as soon as exited customs I gave them a call and by the time I walked to the pick up point at the drop off car park I must have waited 3/5 minutes and the car turned up the driver asked me my name and handed the key over. Overall very good, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, due to the booking less than 48 hours before my flight it works out cheaper than using the Silver Zone.

Excellent service, very prompt drop off and pick up. Would definitely use again.
