Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

All went very well even with traffic delays, a little confusing the first time at the new Bristol Airport pick up drop off point but all went well and the return was very fast and easy, I will be using Diamond Parking Meet and Greet again.

Picking up the car on the 16th - very good. Driver pleasant and very helpful. Delivering the car on the 23rd - not so good. Driver uncommunicative and fled the scene quickly. I was not told whereabouts in the new Drop Off Zone the car would be waiting. We were waiting in the handicap driver area getting cold and I eventually found him in the distance on the other side of the road just sitting in the car (listening to the radio?). Note: I really don't like drivers changing the audio/sat nav settings and then leaving them to suit their own taste.

We have used Diamond before and will again. Their service is great. Cheaper than Silver Zone parking - professional drivers. What's not to like?

Fantastic service and will definitely use Diamond Parking Meet & Greet again if flying from Bristol. It was virtually the same price as Silver Zone but a much simpler and better experience.
