Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

Have used Diamond Parking Meet and Greet twice now for Bristol Airport and from booking our car in to collecting it the whole journey was easy and both times we have been late getting to the airport, rang them up to let them know but wasn't a problem and when arriving back at the airport and ringing them to say we have arrived back both times only had to wait 5 minutes to get our car back and get us on our way home. Brilliant service and will definitely use again.

Everything was perfect, even when we got back late ( Ryanair of course ). Going to Lanzarote soon, will use them again.

I was very pleased with this service and I would definitely use them again. I marked 4 because of the pick up confusion. I waited for my car at the Meet and Greet car park, which seemed the obvious place to me, after about 5 minutes wait I had a phone call to tell me there was only 10 minutes waiting time and where was I. The car was waiting , by the very busy, chaotic tunnel area. As it was dark it was impossible to spot. So I would just advise to confirm where to pick up your car when you contact the office on arrival.

Great service coming and going on our holiday, once we had our cases I rang and then walked to the pick up point and the man was already there. Thank you we will use again!
