Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

When I arrived near the airport to call and say I would be 15 minutes, there was no answer, it was an answering machine. This went on for 8 minutes and then eventually I rang off and rang back and someone picked up. This scenario stressed me a bit. Especially as no mobile number . On return, I was answered quickly and the car was delivered quickly.

Following the instructions given I phoned the number given to inform of my arrival within 20 minutes. When I arrived at the drop off point the driver was awaiting my arrival. On return I rang the number given and the car was with me within minutes. No complaints, will use them again.

Good, friendly service - But some feedback - If you were holding a "Paddle" like a tennis racket with your company name on when I drive into the area it would be easy for me to see you - there was so many people around it was hard to spot you. Plus I've already booked again for Oct, but some sort of loyalty scheme would be good - I still have to arrange another airport drop in Sept - any discount would be appreciated. You book it, call them when you get there and they do the rest. It is that simple. This takes the fuss out of parking your car and it is excellent value for money. Staff pleasant and I cannot for the life of me work out why silver parking or any other parking for that matter, even exists anymore. I will certainly use again. It is an excellent service.

Drop off was perfect waited only a couple of minutes. On collecting car the meet & greet and drop off zones were extremely busy and had to wait a while and on hindsight could have been told to stay in undercover area until car was near drop off zone when a call could have been made. Overall great service with polite guys.

Excellent service - even coped with us turning up 45 minutes before the booked time (my mistake, not theirs). Handover very smooth both coming and going. None of the horrors of filthy car or high mileage, just a simple pickup and delivery. Will be using again.
