Fantastic service and will definitely use Diamond Parking Meet & Greet again if flying from Bristol. It was virtually the same price as Silver Zone but a much simpler and better experience.

I've used this company previously and never had anything to complain about. I collected my car early hours of Monday morning and straight away noticed that there was damage to my rear bumper as it had popped out. The driver simply said to call the company which I did later that day. Their only response is to say, did I take any pictures of the car when you left... Considering these parking companies are supposed to be using secure and cctv covered car parks you would like to think they would consider looking into it, not courteous, no consideration to customer service...just brushing off any amount of blame. Thankfully for me only a minor bump, but be prepared to take pictures of your car before they take it away. I won't be using them again on principle.
